VSD Podcast 023: Volunteer Week 2007, Part 2

Continuing our coverage of National and Global Youth Service Week and National Volunteer Week 2007, I review my volunteer activities of the week, and talk about some of the exciting projects on our FLEX volunteer calendar open to new members. 

I'll be at various projects throughout the week and weekend, including our 5K Walk to benefit under served youth on April 21st.   If you're participating in the La Jolla 5K or Half Marathon on April 22nd, Volunteer San Diego will have a booth at the finish line. 

Dine at one of our San Diego Applebee's Restaurants on April 24, 2007, and they will donate a portion of what you spend to Volunteer San Diego.  You will need to present a flyer to your server, which you can download from our website at www.volunteersandiego.org.
