In episode 24 of the Volunteer San Diego Podcast, we continue our coverage of Volunteer Week 2007.  From Mission Trails Park in San Diego, Katherine Macdougall and I cover our signature event for National & Global Youth Service Day -- a 5K Walk/Run to benefit under served youth.  Our emcee at the day's event was KFMB's Stan Miller, who shared his impressions of the day.

Katherine and I catch up with Amanda Hamilton, our first-place finisher, and our top fundraiser, Catherine DaleyBrad Bowen, one of our SAVY Leaders, talks about the planning and sponsors for the event, and Beth Hogan talks about the fun activities at our Crafts For A Cause station.
